Welcome to Muck-Out!
'Muck-Out!' is this year's Mine Bot game. Teams of two will design, build, and code their very own robot to compete head-to-head in the 'Muck-Out!' Mine.

Cost: $120 per team of 1-2
Registration includes Mine Bot Kit & pizza lunch the day of the competition
Students in grade 8-13 can enter a team. The recommended age is grade 8-10.

Mine Bot Competitions
Mine Bot competitions feature a mining themed game played on a 48" x 48" field. Competitors will have to design, build and program a small arduino robot. The competition is meant as a begginner level introduction to robotics where they can learn CAD, basic wiring, & Arduino coding.
During competiton, students will also score points for how well they show case their team both on how they designed their robot & how they can present their design journey.

Muck-Out! is brought to you by FIRST Team 1305, North Bay's FIRST Robotics team. We are opening our build room up to those looking for a place to design, build, code or test your robot. Our students and mentors are also ready to help support other teams. Most importantly, thanks to our generous sponsor, CIM Northern Gateway branch, we now have 3 new 3D printers which can be available for printing your Muck-Out! robots.
Since there are no costs or obligations to joining our team, we ask that students interested in the above, click the Join button below and fill in the form. This will help us track who may be coming as well as some important information for safety reasons.
