FIRST is only made possible through the amazing efforts of the volunteer mentors. They guide, teach and motivate the next generation of young minds. 

You don't need to be an engineer, an astrophysicist or a STEAM expert. Everyone has something to offer and FIRST Team 1305 is always looking for new mentors to help broaden our skills and perspectives. We are seeking dedicated people who are ready to have fun, get involved, and compete with us on the world stage.
