We are FIRST Team 1305, Near North Student Initiative, Ice Cubed from North Bay Ontario, Canada. North Bay is known as the Gateway to the North, a title we take to heart. As a veteran and FIRST Gateway team, we believe it is important to provide opportunity for other FIRST teams. Meet our MC - Sydney Lamorea

Sydney is a proud alumnus of FIRST Team 1305 from all the way back in 2013! Since her involvement on the team, her work ethic and passion for knowledge has taken her far, working as a User Experience Designer and Researcher for major tech companies developing fun and innovative user-centric solutions. She currently holds a Bachelor of Science and Certificate in Neuroscience from Nipissing University, as well as a Masters degree in Digital Experience Innovation from the University of Waterloo. However, you may know her best as the energetic ball of smiles emceeing FIRST competitions across Ontario.

MEET OUR JR. MC - Michael

Michael joined FIRST Team 1305 in March 2021. This season he is the team's business Manager and also captain of FTC 19488, ICED-T! Like Sydney, his enthusiasm is exceptional. He is a great asset to both teams and to FIRST.
